A little about Sara & the places she calls home
Sara’s Knoxville roots begin along a stretch of Emory Road, where generations of her family have called home. The Edmondson family farm has been a constant in her life, a place filled with family and childhood memories. To Sara, it’s more than family history. It’s where her understanding of home began.
Although she moved to the Nashville area at a young age (Oh, so that explains the 615 number!), Knoxville brought her back. She returned to attend the University of Tennessee, earning her business degree from the Haslam College of Business, and decided to make Knoxville her lasting home.
While still in college, Sara began her real estate career alongside her family, Rhonda Vineyard, whose experience serving the Knoxville community spans more than 35 years. Over the past five years, that mentorship has helped shape Sara’s approach as she has built her own relationships, deepened her local knowledge, and helped clients navigate meaningful decisions about their homes.
Her interest in homes, though, started long before her career. She has always been drawn to their character, their design, and the ways people make a space their own. Real estate brings that lifelong interest together with her business background and her love for the place she calls home. Whether helping someone buy, sell, or invest, Sara values understanding what matters to them and helping them see the possibilities.
Family remains a big part of her life. The oldest of three children, Sara cherishes her younger brother and sister and her connection to Hendersonville, where her parents still live. Her story stretches across Tennessee, but her roots in Knoxville continue to shape both her life and her work.
